  2. In Topic: In your opinion, could an actual nation-wide/world-wide acopolyse happen?

    16 May 2012 - 04:28 PM

There are already times in history where plagues nearly wiped out most of the population and I'm sure from their perspective, it seemed like the world was ending. People dropping dead left and right. The only those plagues stopped was when too many humans died. Not enough people to spread it further. Also, travel back them was severly limited, not like it is now where you can hop on a plane and be across the world in hours rather than weeks or months. A ZA is a good example of a world wide epidemic. I saw in a previous post where someone said zombies can't take out a tank. They wouldn't have to, the zombies would merely spread the infection. A virus like that can take down anyone, including the person driving the tank. That's what makes it so scary.
  3. In Topic: Did you want Shane to die?

    16 May 2012 - 04:16 PM

I liked Shane in season one. I thought he took leadership of the group which is never easy and he was a valuable asset to the group. And I wanted to like him in Season two but he started to let the pressures get to him and fall apart. Due to his infatuation with Lori and Carl and the fact that Rick was back and took leadership of the group. From his point of view, he was losing everything he managed to hold onto after the world ended. I did feel bad for him but he started to make the wrong decisions. ONce he crossed the line and sacracficed people for his own sake, that was not someone I would want leading my group. He became an "every man for himself" person instead of a "watch each other's back" person. It came to a point where he needed to go or he was going to kill more people, starting with Rick.

Like it but I would want something dramatic and creepy at the same time. How about Marilyn Manson, "Sweet Dreams"

Using a patio umbrella to smash zombies
Remember, when you're in a shopping mall that's overrun by zombies, an outdoor patio umbrella can save your life.
