Imagine a group of a hundred motorcycles driving down a freeway. Eventually, they hit a junction. One road goes northwest and the other goes northeast. So one guy, we'll call him S, says, "Let's go northwest!" A mile past the intersection, a semi careens into the group and kills ninety of them. Ten are wounded, but they survive and keep going. Eventually, they hit 10,000 miles. S suddenly has his consciousness thrown into his past body right before the junction. Now, he says, "Let's go northeast!" All 100 bikers survive. Happily ever after, right? But what about the ten, no nine, who went northwest and survived? What happens to the reality they were living? Does it just disappear now that S has changed the past? It's not like only bad things happened on that 10,000 mile journey. Maybe one of them fell in love with a gas station attendant and got her pregnant or maybe one adopted a homeless kid that joined the adventure. That 10,000 mile journey would be full of stories. Romances, farewells, friendships...the loss of those ninety lives is horrible and unfortunate, but what would rewriting their history mean? The nine who survived lived full lives and did the best they could with the hand they were dealt. How could it be right to just erase all that? Isn't that worth something? Is there a point to a world where everything is happy? Are people who struggle for a better life just idiots? Being human is about fighting even when it seems hopeless and finding happiness in a world that hates it. Are you saying that's worthless?

Definitely worth playing. Keep in mind that it's not the same game as TWD, though. It never gets nearly as emotional, but it always keeps a cool noir crime drama vibe
Plus, Bigby+Snow>Lee+Clementine

Im currently playing episode 1, I love it already. Like I said knowing nothing about it its not what I expected. Kinda reminds me of if 'Once upon a time' was really good, fairy tale characters in the real world.
Just played the opening with Mr Toad (who I love) and kicked The Huntsmans arse. Love the pretty girl whose name I don't know yet.
Love the look of it as well, I bought the season pass on a gamble looks like it payed off. Are they planning a second series or is it self contained? No spoilers obviously.

I haven't played the Wolf Among us, so I'll try avoid spoiling myself, but can anyone tell me if this game is as emotionally crippling as Telltale's TWD?
That's my favourite part about that game, so I hope TWAU is the same. Also, sorry for breaking up the discussion about season two... Oops
"There's no "I" in team"
"Yeah, there's no "U" either. So I guess if I'm not on the team, and you're not on the team, nobody's on the God damn team. The team sucks!"

It's nowhere near the emotional impact as TWD, in my opinion. There are rough decisions throughout, but this is more of a mystery and trying to find out the truth game, whereas TWD is survival and retaining your humanity. Although I will say, you spend a lot of time trying to retain (or I guess discard?) Bigby's "humanity" as the story progresses.
They're just two different beasts in my book, two different kinds of awesome. Give it a try if you get the opportunity! I wasn't so sure that it'd be my kind of thing at first, but the story is really interesting and sucks you in quickly.

Just finished chapter 3, and despite trying to be the good guy whenever I can I did something at the end of that chapter that may well have been deserved but was no doubt a bad thing, or you could say it was rather 'dum' of me haha lolz (youll know if you've played it) :/ hope it doesn't bite me on the arse to hard.
Im so on team BigSnow, Snogby, Bigbow?? whatever their shipping name is
Think I am also going to buy volume 1 of the comic when iv finished playing the game

And Neganite, I ship them, too. Snow White is one of my favorite video game characters (also my favorite classic Disney movie) and I disagree with everyone who says she's a bitch. If I had to choose a video game character to marry, it would be her. I supported everything she wanted (well, almost everything). Her blouse got a little distracting, though (nice touch of the artist with the snowflakes). I mean, couldn't she have gotten a larger size? It could looking like her bust was gonna burst through
Also, the comics are awesome! I got a good chunk in and then stopped for whatever reason. I should get back into it. There is a weird thing in it, though (no spoilers). At one point, Bigby turns into a wolf and then turns back. At this point, he looks a little abnormal and I think it's because he's not fully human yet. That's not the case. The artist changed his design for some reason. I mean this in the least offensive way possible, but it looks like he has Down syndrome
