When Rick, Glenn, Darryl, & TDog go back to try to get Merle, they take the Ferenc Truck that Rick & co get in Episode 2 when they leave the Department Building. Well when there done with everything, the truck is missing, & they blame Merle, but you never hear about it ever again in the show.

Anybody know whats good with the truck & who took it?

BTW I believe they find out the truck is gone in Episode 4 Vatos, Episode 3 is when they take it to go get Merle & the bag of guns.

Since we never see the truck again, I think it is up to our own imagination as to what happened to it.
