I personally think the story arche with the Dixon brothers will go as following:
1. Team Prison will try and free Maggie and Glenn in a fierce battle against the Woodbury Stronghold
while and Merle and others will try and locate the prison, finding the rest of Rick's Group.
2. Merle will only be recognized by Carl and Carol in the group, Merle will go after Carol, killing her.
3. Andrea will meet Daryl in Woodbury, explaining his brother is alive but not in Woodbury at the moment, realizing that Woodbury knows the whereabouts of the Prison.Daryl wants to go back alone, but is held back by Rick, explaining that his brother is a threat to everybody, Daryl is not convinced.
4. Team Prison manages to rescue both Maggie and Glenn and flee back into the Redzone, desperatly hurrying back to the Prison, just like in "Vatos".
5. They discover that the group has managed to killl most intruders, except Merle, who fled back to Woodbury along with a few henchmen.
6. Carl tells Daryl that Carol was murdered by Merle. He finally aknowledges that his brother is a monster and stays loyal to the group.
7. Rick regroups and discuss their next move, storming Woodbury. Daryl is focused on avenging Carols death by killing Merle.
this is my prediction, what do you think?

Who would Carl possibly "otis" behind? Beth, Carol or Judith?
Carl wouldn't want to leave any of them behind but he is hardened now. He would leave any of them behind to keep the others alive. Let's face it Carl's in charge of the prison right now and it's been shown Carl can handle the tough choices.

I don't think Woodbury will reach the prison this episode. It will take place entirely in Woodbury as far as fighting goes.
I agree with you. I believe the episode will be too short to show two epic battles. I think it will be a mistake to show both because there will be very little of everything. Also I believe Carol won't die...they have just rescued her, probably she will last longer. And she says she has 9 lives...I don't hink that's a random comment.

Every single thing that Daryl says or does isn't all about Carol.... but some want to make it that..
Those are good specs above, but I doubt Merle would make it to the prison before the others get back...
Merle is going to do something...don't know what, but I see Daryl/Merle showdown coming....but it won't be about Carol...

I think this could be a possibilty. I also Beleive that Daryl will eventually have to choose between his brother and the group and will ultimatley choose the group. Merle killing Carol could be exactly what drives Daryle to kill his brother. It's my first time in a forum so please excuse me in case I did something wrong.

I think most people want to see Daryle and Carol together. Of course Merle would not know of the possible love interest between them and would only kill her just because he is killing people. People only bring her into Merle/Daryl to give Daryl a reason to beleive Rick in Saying that his brother is a threat and danger to them all. Im just saying that people say Carol due to the Possible Love interest.I think that if Merle murdered anyone in the group that Daryl would go after him....Not just Carol..... I wish they would give Carol a story of her own and stop shoving her into everyone elses... Daryl/Merle story is about Daryl/Merle... Carol has no place in it...and before everyone starts slamming and ranting...this is not about bashing Carol....it's about giving Carol a purpose other than to be a plot device for Daryl or someone else story.......
Every single thing that Daryl says or does isn't all about Carol.... but some want to make it that..

I just based this on the fact that if Merle would ever reach the prison, he would go for Carol because:
1. As far as I believe, Merle does not know that Carl is Rick's son.
2. Merle knows Carol from the Camp in Atlanta.
3. The others are "strangers" to him,
But there is also a possibility that Carol has to be in the show, as Judith's "babysitter" when Rick and the group go on missions.
And I believe that the Daryl/Carol relationship is not an intimate one, more of a mother figure for Daryl that he never really had, which is pretty sweet. It doesnt always have to be romantic between a man and a woman.

Good point, Merle is unaware of what's going on between Daryl and Carol, romantic or not... That said, I hope they're not killing Carol.

I didn't think about that one.... Didn't mean to sound nasty, just seems everytime Daryl's story is mention, Carol is automatically placed in it, which just annoys me...>Sorry..
ITA with your assessment of Daryl/Carol.....She's like his mother figure....Not because of age or looks, but the way she treats him... and he treats her... Personally, even though I don't like Carol, I do somewhat like the friendship between the two, just as long as they don't completly focus on that and give each of them something else to do...
I think Merle may be aware that Rick is Carl's father......because Andrea may have filled him in on that, but maybe she didn't....
Either way, Merle/Daryl story is going to be awesome......Cain/Able, brother vs brother......we never know what will happen, but Rooker/Reedus will rock...

Carol and Daryl's relationship (friendship or whatever you want to call it) is part of her storyline. She is a character in this story, not a plot device. Because of that relationship, if effects Daryl's decisions, as well.

At this point carol's death would be a major blow to the group and if Merle takes her out not only will he have to deal with Daryl Rick will be a major problem for him too

Why bring Carol back from the dead just to kill her two eposides later? I think Daryl will stay with Rick's group over his brother. But I question Carol being murdered by Merle as the reason. Maybe Beth is killed by Daryl and thats the reason.
This would make a lot of sense in my opinion. We haven't really seen a lot of character growth from Beth and a lot of the times it seems like she is just kind of there. She doesn't have a lot of significant lines, and in most scenes she's just kind of there. The only time I really ever see anything about her is those few scenes with Carl. However, if she was killed, it would be very important
Also, does anyone else find it comical that Daryl, Carol, and Merle rhyme?

I beleive your right, I think the two other men were sent to scout the prison and see what they may be up against. In which case the season finale wont have two battle. one at woodbury and one at the prison. Probable retaliation attack on the prison from woodbury in the season premaire to season 4. If Carol does in fact get killed off I dont think it will be in the next episode. The biggest problem I see here is that Merle wasn't sent back to the prison, was he? The Governor REALLY seems to have lost faith with Merle in this episode, he made him pull back on the interrogation, and very deliberately sent his two other guys to deal with the prison. For now, at least, it looks like has been grounded... Unless he wants to disobey the Governor directly, and get himself killed.
Am I remembering this wrong, maybe?
