I'm ok with them taking Glenn on a bit of a different ride, but I'd rather it not change the core of who he is as a person. I think we have enough examples of that in other characters - Rick, Carl, Shane, etc...

I wouldn't stop watching if they did, but I'm sure he wouldn't be my favorite character any more, and that would be sad.

Gracie, you make a good point. Does every character have to let the ZA change them? Dale didn't think so, and I don't think he would have. So, with Dale gone who will remain our constant? It's too late for Andrea, Carol, and Daryl too. Glenn is a good option. There needs to be more than one though. Maybe Axel and Michonne.

I think the ZA already changed Michonne, we just didn't get to witness all of it.

Glenn remaining the same really is part of what made me love him so much in the comic, and what I will really miss.

I think when Frank was in the pilot's seat during Season 1, Glenn was also dishing out orders and had his opinion respected but has since been relegated to simply following along.

In the comic, Maggie was a wet blanket and turned him into a mess and I hope that's not what happens in show. Hopefully the complete opposite happens where he becomes more proactive because of her.

Most people would be disappointed in comic Glen during the prison. Hes just a sex machine, the show has really improved both maggie and glen during this time.

I think Maggie might become like Andrea in the comic. We have yet to establish a good shot for the guard tower... something that really benefits the prisons defense.

Agreed but I'm hoping the inverse doesn't happen where Glenn turns into the wet blanket. When other characters make drastic improvements, others pale in comparison and end up unlikable.
