Mine is Count Chocula, and I can't find it anywhere?!? I've heard they still make it so what's the problem? Does anyone know where I can purchase this delicious breakfast? I'll take Frankenberry or BooBerry too.

The monster cereals are only available around Halloween. Though I do love me some Frankenberry...

I am like Omar from the Wire.  I am partial to Honey Nut Cheerios.

Though since I've cut gluten mostly out of my diet, I eat Honey Nut Chex.  It's pretty tasty, too.  Apparently I just like things that taste like honey and nuts.

Oh no, I've just uttered something that will be horrible out of context.

If I have to do regular cereal, I will do Rice Krispies, but at the end of the day, I prefer granola.

I can't do those sweet cereals (unless they have a really nice prize in the box :D).

those were great!!! and when I was a kid you acctually had decent prizes (in cracker jacks too), The closest I've come accross is Lucky Charmes, but you dont even see fun cereal commercials, remember alphabits where the kid "ate" dracula and "dracula" dissappeared from behind him... we should have a nostalgia thread....

I'm a cereal junkie and usually have 2 or 3 open at one. I bring cereal to lunch at work.

right now I have cinnamon toast crunch, mini wheats (blueberry) and oatmeal crisp almond, on the go.

Mmmm... I like Cinnamon Toast Crunch too. As a teen, I'd always know when my brother had been "dating Mary Jane", cause he'd come home.... and instead of getting a regular bowl of cereal, he'd get out one of those gigantic tupperware bowls and fill it to the rim with cereal. LOL Dead giveaway!

H ha what a funny thread.

My favourite cereal is oat meal, just the old fashioned kind you boil in water, with organic local honey and cinnamon added afterwards.
It's great for lowering LDL.  Lots of good fibre will have you running to the restroom.

Enjoy!

The only sweet kids cereal that I occasionally eat is Captain Crunch Peanutbutter, but not for breakfast - just like a late night snack/dessert. I'll also eat frosted Mini-Wheats.

Those ones you guys mentioned are way too sweet for me, though my husband likes them all - he also eats Pop Tarts, which I don't do either. Bleh.

Crunch Berries I can only have a box every other month or so because my wife who does all the shopping says they have too much sugar. She buys Grape Nuts which is like eating a hand full of gravel. She won't buy me any Pop Tarts or cookies either.Posted Image
