So any Sunday night that the Celtics play I have offered to dvr my Sunday night shows and we watch them later so my husband can watch the game on the big screen tv. Now granted we both watch the same shows on Sunday night but I hate sports and I do not watch the game. So this week is Game of Thrones Season Finale but my husband still wants to dvr it and watch the game. He says that if he dvr's the game, that the Celtics will lose. Posted Image Oh, he also says if his chair isn't perfectly placed in the living room they will lose, and if he isn't smoking a cigar they will lose. And if the blinds are crooked they will lose. Are all men this superstitious about their sports? I don't mind waiting to watch The Killing or Mad Men. But I DO NOT want to wait on Game of Thrones... Yes.. it is that damn good!

It's all daft. Daft like buggery, innit?

Neither.

I just broke your topic.

And no, not all men are like that. Your husband is just a weirdo.

I think we all have our own superstitions. When I buy scratch off lotto tickets, I have to use my lucky quarter to do the scratching. Maybe it is time to change that quarter, because I haven't been that lucky.

And here I thought I was the luckiest person in the world....every website I go to, I am the 100, 000th visitor and I just won a ipad.

I cross out black cats when they cross my path, even though I have a black cat. But I swear my husband takes superstition to a whole new level.

And I think is so cool that you won an IPAD cause I just won a $500 walmart gift card. Posted Image

Uhmm, you don't have two televisions? Or do you both want to watch the big screen?  Can't tell you about sports superstitions. If I'm not participating, I have no interest in sports.
Don't be scared. Come with me!  It'll be fun.  Promise!

Yeah, I'm lucky too. I've got millions of dollars in Nigeria. All I have to do is get it out of the country. Or so the emails say

Tell him if the Celtics lose it is because you cursed the team due to your intense need to watch GOT.

That'll learn him!

(I don't blame you at all for not wanting to wait, after last week I have been counting the hours!).

Thanks guys. If they lose I will tell him it's because he didn't dvr it. HA! I'm definitely excited about tonight. I have to know about Tyrion. And I really can't understand why Sansa didn't leave with the Hound.
