It's actually one of Hershel's pets that we did not see on the farm. He'll be used as a navigator, leading the group to the prison.

Phillip is a 20-25 year old male of any ethnicity and is characterized as a outsider. Is looking for his family and is growing desperate. Must have firearms training.

I went to spoiler TV where I got that casting call and the link has disappeared???

Perhaps it was a fake and they removed it. It seemed legit to me?

The actor cast for Phillip Eagle is young right?

Marvin Deurkholz as Philip Eagle has been on IMDB since at least the middle of Season 2.  That was the first "cast member" on there for season 3
