Looks like the Dec. 21 2012 date isn't happening. Hopefully we're all still around after the 21st.

I am not expecting much from this production based on what I have read. It is nothing like the book and the Z's are sprinters.

Maybe I'll be surprised.
For a reasonable fee, I will quell minor outbreaks, enforce quarantines, and dispatch infected relatives.

I am with the major. How can this possibly be a pg13 flick? We may never get a decent movie based on the book.

I'll watch it because I really enjoyed the book, but I'm not going to be surprised if it stinks.

Pretty stupid of them to originally have it released at around Christmas time. The whole end of the world promo has died down and wouldn't pay off. June is where the big box office money is so it's hardly surprising they pushed back the release date. Regarding the film itself, it won't be anything like the book, which is a disgrace to be fair, but hopefully it turns out to be a good zombie film.
