I think Sasha will be taking Andrea's place from the comic like she did with the whole bob leg thing. They had her using a sniper rifle in the first half of season 5 so they're setting her up for the watch tower. And if Tyreese dies early on in the second half of the season maybe when they get to Whitshire, she'll lose a sibling just like Andrea did with Amy. So get ready for a Rick and Sasha relationship when they get to Alexandria.

Comic-Andrea's material seems to be getting split between both Sasha and Carol. Personally, I'd rather see Carol as the person Rick gets in a relationship with (should the show go that route).

theres still a fair way to go comic/tv timeline ways before Rick got with Andrea. I never really felt Rick an Andrea had thaaat much to do with each other in the comic, i just felt she really respected him as  leader after everything he'd done and after

she was lonely an they both looked to each other, it felt out of the blue to me, but in the end it worked. I feel like Sasha could be in the running, like its something they've started working on an itll come to fruit later on

Comic Andrea is dead and gone. Part of her character is just being transferred to Sasha, just like Carol and Maggie have also been "Andreaized" before her.

 

Given their current circumstances, the only person in Rick's group I could see him romancing would be Michonne. And that's basically because she's already Carl's de facto step-mother (arguably a better mother than Lori was) and the three of them have been presented as a family unit for much of the last 2.5 seasons.
