Most people assume it will be Rick, Carl or Andrea, whether they like it or not. And this does make sense. But there are three people I think could do it for very good reasons, and it would be nice for their development and just have a change in focus.
The first person I want people to consider Is Aaron. He's becoming slowly more prominent recently, and we all saw how pissed he was when Eric died. Hell, it's not impossible that Negan shot Eric himself.
The second is Heath. It seems a bit out of character now, but of course Denise was recently bitten and Negan is directly responsible for that, so its a given that Heath wont be happy.
I personally hope it's the third option that Kirkman goes down. I may be alone in this. Oh well.
Eugene. Kirkman has said that he will be prominent in this arc... maybe this is it. My other two choices both have lost people they loved because of Negan. The thing is, Rosita isn't dead yet. But she could easily be killed in the forthcoming battles at the ASZ. And what if Eugene isn't there at the time of the battle? What if he's coming back from his bullet processing plant and sees Negan shoot Rosita as easily as The Governor killed Alice? If Eugene's murderous streak came through so much when Abe died, it's very likely that Eugene would be able to find the strength inside to kill Negan out of pure anger if he had the chance. And Euge clearly isn't a coward, if you remember when he was held hostage after Abe's death.
Ah well. This is probably wishful thinking, so be nice about it. Who do you want to see kill Negan? Forget who you think it will be for now and imagine you could choose.

Imagine a group of a hundred motorcycles driving down a freeway. Eventually, they hit a junction. One road goes northwest and the other goes northeast. So one guy, we'll call him S, says, "Let's go northwest!" A mile past the intersection, a semi careens into the group and kills ninety of them. Ten are wounded, but they survive and keep going. Eventually, they hit 10,000 miles. S suddenly has his consciousness thrown into his past body right before the junction. Now, he says, "Let's go northeast!" All 100 bikers survive. Happily ever after, right? But what about the ten, no nine, who went northwest and survived? What happens to the reality they were living? Does it just disappear now that S has changed the past? It's not like only bad things happened on that 10,000 mile journey. Maybe one of them fell in love with a gas station attendant and got her pregnant or maybe one adopted a homeless kid that joined the adventure. That 10,000 mile journey would be full of stories. Romances, farewells, friendships...the loss of those ninety lives is horrible and unfortunate, but what would rewriting their history mean? The nine who survived lived full lives and did the best they could with the hand they were dealt. How could it be right to just erase all that? Isn't that worth something? Is there a point to a world where everything is happy? Are people who struggle for a better life just idiots? Being human is about fighting even when it seems hopeless and finding happiness in a world that hates it. Are you saying that's worthless?

Anyway, I've said it in other threads, but I'd like Maggie to be the one to take out Negan. If not her, than I would prefer some other secondary character, like Aaron or Heath to do it. I'd even be happy with Dwight or Rosita - I just rather it not be Rick/Andrea/Carl/Michonne.

Um. Its impossible that Negan shot Eric because Eric was killed at an outpost. Negan was fighting off the horde of walkers at the Sanctuary. The first person I want people to consider Is Aaron. I want Aaron to get his hands on as many savoirs as he can. I wouldn't mind if he got Negan himself. I'm conflicted about Heath. I was thinking about the cover he's on....I think it might be the next cover? Idk, anyway I'm wondering if he's going to blame Rick in anyway. Nothing in his character suggests this to me but for some reason I have a hunch Kirkman might through something like that in there just for another obstacle for Rick.

Of course, it could be a situation SIMILAR to Glenn where Negan is incapacitated or has 5 guns pointed at him.... in that case Maggie or Eugene could plausibly carry out the execution.... but I still highly doubt that. Negan has no formal "training" with Lucille but he's obviously had a lot of practice. Like Michonne...would Maggie or Eugene be able to effectively wield Michonne's Katana?
Eric and Heath - Definitely COULD be the culprit... though I think they pretty much have the same "cliche" reason for hating Negan. I think the face ironing and stealing of Dwight's wife gives him more incentive. I mean imagine what Dwight's lived through BEFORE the war. I think Dwight is gonna be swinging Lucille in #126.

I think Eric and Heath are plausible but Eugene is a bit of a ridiculous guess. If we assume that Negan is going to be killed with Lucille, is it also safe to assume that he will be viciously pummeled to death in the same manner as Glenn? Ok - if we assume both those things, neither Eugene or Maggie would likely have the physicality and skill to to the job in that manner. I highly doubt Eugene would have the balls to even attempt it, and Maggie - she's a tough broad and not afraid to light someone up (Thomas Richards), but Negan isn't a pushover like Gregory. So far the only person to be able to match him in combat has been Jesus.

I agreed with this in a different thread, about the same topic. Its Dwight. He said so him self, in 109. He is gunna server that asshole head to rick and company on a silver platter.

I guess we can cross Heath off the potential list of Lucille swingers. Tough to swing a bat effectively with only one leg....
But pretty badass if he did.
Maybe he could hammer throw (swing?) Lucille in Negan's face.

Ofcourse, it makes no sense since you'd need two legs for that to work...but it would look cool.
And that's all that matters.

But i could be wrong. I'm...y'know, as they say....
....Just ''throwing'' it out there.

And besides, Maggie's already had her big moment of the arc with her taking over from Gregory and showing up to save everyone during Negan's attack; we don't need her to be a glory hog.

I still want it to be Rick; this whole time, he and Negan have been archnemeses, and after all the effort Rick's put into taking the guy down, he deserves to do the honours. Plus he promised to kill him in their very first meeting, and I'd like to see that promise kept.

Accept rick did it without consulting anybody and everybody else is suffering from it. It's his fault they are in this war, he decided to make a rash decision thinking it would be easy.....it wasn't ricks choice to make.

(Okay, this IS a bit Offtopic, but...eeeh, i have to reply to this)

None of my emoji's are creepy. They are nifty and work well to round off any post.
But..well, I'am a member of Narutoforums and Deviantart. Thats where i get them from. (If anyone was wondering)
I'am merely copy-pasting emoticons from there, since.....well, sadly, non of the emoticons here really look like i want or need them to be.
Beides, what's even remotely creepy about someone smiling whilst their eyes are looking away from eachother and you?
*looks down at As Nodt sig*
Oh.
I get your point now.

Hehe, such a nifty little site.
Anyhow.....I have an question.
What would you guys think about Negan living?
Getting somewhat of an Andrew treatment?
(The black guy from the prison, the junkie if anyone forgot.)
I dont want it myself (i want the Maggie prediction), but what would you guys think of it? Would you be okay with it?
If you are, do you have an specific way you'd like to see it happen?

Well, I would love if Carl killed Negan but I don't think so... Negan is going to get Lucilled so let's think reasonably...
*Rick: I don't think he can do it with only one hand.
*Carl: I'm not sure if he has enough muscular power to do it.
*Andrea: For some odd reason I have a feeling she will die in issue 125
*Michonne: Looking at 126's cover, I think Michonne is buzy.
*Maggie: I'm not sure if she can do it, yeah sure she killed Thomas but not with a baseball bat and not while pragnant.
*Heath: With one leg, Are you kidding me?
*Jesus: Just no...
*Sophia: Same as above
*Aaron: Maybe...
*Dwight: He is my number one choiso for now... But who knows? We're talking about kirkman here...
