I don't know if Judith is currently alive or not. It doesn't really matter, if she is around she won't last long. It is an impossible situation to be out in the open with a screaming baby. It will only take one or two people to get killed because of the screaming baby and the rest of people will want to make some tough choices.

Wait, what, ... ? You think they'd kick Rick out, or, worse, kill her to save the group? Yikes.

If Judith is still alive, and is planned to be killed off soon (why even have her alive after the battle, if this is true?), I can almost guarantee they won't kill her by having the group (or members of it) vote to kill her. There are some lines I think AMC isn't willing to let the show cross, and infanticide is one of them.

Agreed. I don't think that they would let her live only to kill her off soon after that.

I dont believe they killed Judith off. They dont have the belly to do that yet, and will probably wait for a bigger scene to do that. It was a mid season finale and needed another cliff hanger to leave on, its nothing more than that.

I think someone who had been hit/badly injured grabbed her, which explains the blood. The kids knew where they left her, and even though they saved Tyrese's ass, leaving the baby unattended like that was, to say the least, not the right call.

There is not a single person in that group that would dare for one second suggest that Judith be killed. Any person who dared attempt to allude to such insanity would be immediately shot in the head, there would most likely be several exit wounds, as Rick, Carl, Daryl, Maggie, Beth and Glenn would all come to the same conclusion at the same time, they may not even let the shock of the words fully settle in before that person was dealt with in the only manner possible. Every single person there would give their life for that baby, and anyone who would not would be the person that would be cast out.

I think Judith will be the new antaganoist in the second half of season 4.

Honestly, to every one who says a baby won't last long on the road. I have 2 toddlers, so I can tell you how Judith could easily last a long time on the road.
1. She's old enough now to eat solid foods.
2. Someone go Scavenge a baby Bjorn. you know how you keep a baby from crying a lot? Carry it around constantly. It will sleep through ANYTHING if it is securely snuggled against your chest or back. And your hands are still free for zombie stomping. Getting tired? Strap her on to someone else.
3. She doesn't seem to be a baby with a lot of Colic, she seems pretty chill. My kids are also pretty chill and as babies, they cry when they are tired, and when they are hungry. If you are carrying a baby in a sling or pouch, it will automatically go to sleep when it gets tired. It won't go through all the trouble of crying first. Especially if you are walking around.
4.Give her first dibbs on any food found. Babies who are carried in pouches will also go longer without eating before they start to cry, as the closeness and the swaying from your walking will comfort them. Weight restrictions on pouches and baby backpacks and the size and strength of the men available to carry her would allow her to be constantly carried well into her twos. This isn't really the sort of world where early mobility should be encouraged anyway, last thing you want is a hyper 2 year old running off into the woods.
In conclusion, if you have the strength and stamina to carry a baby constantly, and especially if it's a routine they are used to, A simple pouch would make it easy enough to take little Judy on the road, especially now that she's old enough to eat solids. A box of crackers will take a baby a long way in a desperate situation.

The more I look at this gif, the more I think Tyreese is holding something in his hands..holding Judith in his hands.
