    My abs, legs and ass are all withstanding the exercises pretty well now, like I don't wake up with any soreness issues anymore. Yesterday was the first video that included any real upper arm/back conditioning and sweet buttery jeebus...ow. Just...ow. Today's set is flexibility stretches, booty stuff and yeah, more back stuff. *kills self* Haha.

    I know that feel. Haha. My lower body benefitted from years of playing bitchslap, but any upper body exercises kill me as I've never strived to be the muscular/buff type person. We need one of those cryotherapy chambers..instant recovery!
