Hi everyone, I'm new here.

I'm doing a study of how movies from different countries represent zombies differently as a result of variation in culture. For example in Beyond The Grave (http://exhibition.th...-the-grave.html) the zombies can actually use weapons and have some semblance of thought.

Anyone seen any good non-American zombie movies/tv shows recently?

A different take on the zombie genre, more infected than undead.

I really enjoyed Dead Snow, it is on Netflix.
I'm not a movie buff, but I found it's of the "splatter" genre. There's also some nods to the "Evil Dead" cult classics.
The zombies are different, they're intelligent and fast.
There's some comedy, but it's not a "zomedy" like Return of the Living Dead, Sean of the Dead or Zombieland.

The dead. The movie was shot and Directed in Africa by the ford brothers. It follows the oringial night of the living dead recipe by romero. Not too much gore, slow moving zombies, but one of the best zombie movies i've watched.

Dead Set is ABSOLUTELY one of my favourite zombie "shows". If you search for Dead Set Serious, basically a fan took the episodes and edited them into movie length..one of the more terrifying yet realistic endings to a zombie film I've seen

Are you looking for films from the UK, Canada and Australia as well or just "non English speaking"?
