1 - Insane last 15 minutes.
2 - What the hell Glenn, calm down and think with a level head.
3 - I thought Hershel was cooked.
4 - I wonder if Meryl will last at the prison. Why can't Daryl look him in the eye and tell him to calm down or you will never see me again. Your choice.
5 - Great episode, I thought it was much more likely Axel and Carol would bang, not him being shot.

Rick's scenes were extremely awkward.
"I've got...stuff..."
Like what?
But as soon as he started to talk about his problems, the scenes got better.
I dunno. I don't dig crazy Rick.
It's been interesting, but I think it needs to stop right now.
Where was Tyreese's group this episode? Will they be back?
I'm hoping that Glenn stashed them in the Cell block where Axel and Tyreese were staying. Maybe he checked on them when he was on his way to the tombs?
It's gotta be something like that.
I don't think they could have made it otherwise.

Glenn are Rick are starting to piss me off. It's a ZA guys, shit has hit the fan. As hard as it is you have to play the hand you're delt, not fly off the handle.

Yeah, me either. Not like this anyway. It's just too over the top for TV if you ask me. I do hope that now that he's talking about it he starts to heal, but yeah, I hope it doesn't drag on too much longer.
Course, now that three's a gun fight, he looks like he snapped back into reality a bit.

One of the best episodes yet!
But one thing I'm confused on - was the van with the walkers part of Woodbury? The gov seemed surprised to see it.. or maybe he was gleefully happy to see it... I dunno...
but man what an episode... glad they seemed to do some character development then what an ending! Can't wait until next week!
The gov's expression threw me off as well but after the truck busted in and released the walkers he looked like it was all according to plan. Although the person coming out of the van appeared to be female so I'm not sure who that was supposed to be. I can't remember ever seeing another female on the walls besides Haley and Karen (is that her name? first appearance right?) so I'm a bit confused about who exactly was driving the van.

How the hell did the Guv get someone in the guard tower?
Now we know the "Friend" Rick went looking for.....Shane
Definitely, the last 15 minutes were intense. I too, wondered how the Guv just stood there while all the shooting was going on. He must have an invisible bullet proof suit of armor.

So, who was driving the Zombies R Us delivery truck? It looked like they were wearing on of the prison riot zombies uniforms. How would the Woodbury crew have gotten hold of it if it was?
Not to mention it looked very fitted to the female form and still new. It would mean Woodbury was far more equipped then they originally led on but still doesn't make sense why everyone else's gear, the little one's they had, looked so worn and used.

It's his crazy. Even bullets know not to f*ck with him
Good catch on the guard tower... I'm confused about that too now.

God complex combined with dumb luck. IMO

I don't get the whole fight between Glenn and Maggie. What is she so upset about?
Rick losing his head is also not working, please stop it soon.
Where did the person in a suit go? She or he took off after releasing the zombies, and never showed her leaving, hmmmm.
Whose voice was it that kept calling Rick, did anyone recognize the voice? was it part of his hallucination?
Agree what BS that the governor was not shot even though he was standing right in the open.
So happy Darryl is back, it gave me a peace of mind.

Glenn's raging persona is not working for me. Sort of annoying.

That was Hershel calling out to Rick. I believe, at first they didn't want you to know who it was but then Hershel came out to talk to Rick.

HOLY SHIT.
Now that I've got that out of the way...
Wasn't there a girl on guard at Woodbury they showed at the beginning? Or something like that...I'll probably correct that when I watch it again.
Glenn...love the character but he's being reckless and it's annoying the hell out of me. So, you want to just head over to Woodbury, sneak into the Gov's apartment and put a bullet in him just like that? Sounds so easy, which should tell Glenn just how stupid he's being. I like that he's stepping up a bit more, and totally loved the scene where he was mapping out the prison with Carl to find the weak points, but he still needs to get himself back in check. Maybe he should channel that rage and harness it into something more productive rather than taking off on a whim and leaving them all to fend for themselves when he knows an attack is imminent.
Rick - I feel bad for the guy. Really, he's been through enough and has had to do enough crap to keep his family and the survivors alive, he was bound to crack under the pressure eventually. I like that he was just upfront with Herschel and told him he's seeing Lori and admitted the truth about the phone call as well. It's good to know that he doesn't truly believe he's seeing the dead, that he knows it's not real, but understands that there's some REASON why it's happening. Guess he hasn't assumed that it's the guilt yet... but to me that means he's not y'know, full blown crazy. Just having a breakdown, PTSD, whatever it is.
I figured Axel was dead meat when he started getting so many lines and being cute with Carol. D'oh! What a shot! I question how the guy (can't recall his name) got up into the guard tower. I know no one was really watching the perimeter but how could they not notice anything...and not even see the car coming up when they knew some shit was gonna go down?
Also...I guess the group is really good at taking out slow-moving walkers, really suck when it comes to humans. Though I guess you can chalk some of it up to the adrenaline rush, panic, etc. How is it that the Gov never even got hit...not even by Rick? He just stands there and gets out without a hair on his head even being out of place.
As for Daryl, it's good to see him finally standing up to Merle. I understand his loyalties to Merle but good on him for smartening up and deciding to go back to the group. He hasn't just kept them alive, but they've helped him along the way, too, and treated him much better than Merle for sure. If Merle doesn't like having to sleep with one eye open, he can take a hike.
As for Andrea... still stupid. All she cares about is power and control. The Gov goes missing and she doesn't clue in that he's probably gone to go kill her friends?

First she had Ed who made her life a nightmare, then Daryl has an off-on relationship with her only to eventually ditch her, now when she finally seems to find a decent man in Axel, he's gone.
Superb episode though! The only real issue I think I had was the Lori/Rick scene at the beginning. It was a bit too corny for my taste.

- I figured Rick was missing so bad because he is pretty much seeing double at this point he is so exhausted. Hershel is right, Rick needs rest, or he is going to be dead. I was pretty happy with the Hershel/Rick talk. Like Jayde said, I think it is a good sign that he was upfront with Hershel about what he is seeing. Rick ISN'T crazy. And I think he proved it. He knows they aren't real. He just wants absolution. It made me sad the way he just sunk his face into Lori's hand like he wishes he could feel it for real more than anything.
- Oh Daryl. You ARE wonderful! The scene between Daryl and Merle was very sweet, I actually felt a twinge of sympathy for Merle..he has just completely painted himself into a corner. And I loved Daryl for choosing the group over Merle, without really shutting his brother out. I'm glad they didn't drag out having him away from the prison. Now if Andrea can just come back and they can be a big happy family again. Side note: Norman Reedus has lost quite a few pounds since season 1!
- Carol's so cute. Her little laugh was like, "Yes...yes, I am quite a lady!"
- Good moment between Glenn and Maggie. Glenn needs to stop pushing, and I think he will now. Also, good little moment between sisters: Beth and Maggie. Maggie almost let her mask down.
- I think Michonne is beginning to earn her place. I think Merle might try as well, but I'm not as sure he will be successful.
Cannot WAIT for next week. I want that cocky smirk to be wiped off the Governor's face, and hopefully this attack will be enough to snap Rick back to reality and he can be the one to do it.
