Milton: A Curious Character.

He reminds of a creepy biology teacher I had in Jr. High School. She kept jars with pickled body parts and small animals in them.

I want to see what kind of experiments he's doing. Obviously he's looking into using the walkers as some kind of camouflage after getting the idea from Michonne, but maybe he will go down the same route as Frankenstein in DotD and try to domesticate the walkers.
I don't think he cares which side he's on, weather it's Rick's or the Gov's. I think he just wants to continue with his research.

Anti-social, shy, awkward.......reminds me of me.

He is definitely socially awkward, as you could see when he joins the breakfast with Andrea, Michonne and the Governor. He is very hesitantly and insecure when asking questions about the walker pets.

He is also aware of the darker nature of the Governor, but he doesn't like it, in contrast to the other henchmen of the Governor who follows him. Look at the disgusted look on Milton's face when he walks away after the Governor and his men return from the onslaught on the soldiers. Either the Gov told him what happened, or he is smart enough to figure it out himself. I think he is a weak character trying to safe his life by doing the Governor's bidding, even when he doesn't like it.

I've got autism, relatable to aspergers. Don't make us out to be sociopaths now. We'd love to be "sensitive to moods" -- It's the sentiments people got to make clear, not the body language. We have very, very sensual minds but quite the opposite in expression.
