Hello All,

I recently spent the day in Senoia, Georgia filming a short video of filming locations. I was able to get some aerial shots of The Hilltop and Alexandria. I hope you enjoy the video!

Cool. So, I wonder if they digitally change the color of the water in the pond in Alexandria in production. Seems very brown.

That is the hospital where Beth was killed.

I noticed that as well. Looks like a lot of clay or something in the soil.

I took this photo of Alexandria a while back and the pond looks way better.

Welcome mmee! Thanks for sharing your video. It's really great to see the actual locations. It's amazing to me how much building they did to construct these sites rather than just build a bunch of facades. I remember reading that a few of the homes they built in Alexandria are completed working homes.

If you have any pics/videos of actual filming, please post it in the Filming Spoilers thread in the Spoiler forum. Thanks!

I suppose if it just rained, it could be mud from runoff or something. I've seen that before (when I lived in a region that had actual rain, as opposed to California).

Yeah I figured it was from rain too, it's not uncommon at all.

That makes the most sense.

Great job with the video. I chatted once with someone who lives in "Alexandria", she said they are real houses, with real people that go to work and have lives there lol, but they close off where they are filming and otherwise control what the camera will 'see'. Our streams and ponds do get very muddy after heavy rains around here, But it settles to the bottom after a while or is carried downstream and the water gets clean and pretty again.

Interesting that people still live there during the filming. Must be kind of wild. I was kind of wondering about the cars behind one of the houses, wonder if those belong to residents.
