So, anyone else going this year?

I feel like this will be one of the best mistakes i'll ever make lol. I've gone a few times before (a few years ago and last year) and I love it, I love getting scared and the adrenaline of it... and the atmosphere is just so much fun, as is calmly replying to the scare-actors with "hello friend" every time they try to scare me (lol) but this year there are 3 houses that i'm literally petrified of going into... which is great, but this is definitely the "worst" it has been for me yet lol. (and my family and fiance were laughing at my blood curdling screams last year... they're in for a treat this year lol.)

Here are some of the deets for HHN 2013 at Universal Studios Orlando, FL :)
(the houses marked with ^_^ faces are the ones i'm excited for most... the other ones, well, i'll put faces to explain my emotion for it lol...)

Houses:

The Walking Dead (^_^)
Resident Evil (^_^)
Evil Dead (a little bit of ^_^ but mainly :unsure2: )
Cabin in the Woods (^_^ +)
An American Werewolf In London (^_^)
La Llorona ( :( gonna be the worst one for me I think, I was so relieved that they didn't do it last year 'cause there was talks about it... and alas...)

Havoc: Derailed; ( :huh:NO idea what this is but it sounds like a motion ride which, if it is, i ain't goin' on... I can go on crazy ass rides and drops but if I go on motion rides, it's a bad result...
Afterlife ( not sure what this one is either though I heard it's a 3D house which, the 3D thing was kind of silly last year I thought... but this one sounds like it'll be disturbing enough, just mixed with disorienting i'm sure, like last year's 3D house.)

the shows are the usual awesomeness of Rocky Horror Picture Show live performance and Bill & Ted's Excellent Halloween Adventure ^_^ ^_^

And the street experience... ladies and gentlemen, 110% The Walking Dead  ^_^

I'm going, just not in Orlando. I already have my tickets for Universal in Hollywood. I actually bought the "Killer Deal Pass" so I'll be going multiple nights.

The Walking Dead maze is going to be insane. I was actually talking to an acquaintance tonight who's going to be working as a scare actor this year. He told my friend and I some stuff about the TWD maze and I'm really excited.

Edit: I just realize we have different mazes.

Walking Dead
Evil Dead
El Cucuy (replacing La Llorona, which was there the past few years)
Black Sabbath; so pumped for this one. There was an Alice cooper maze last year that was incredible. I'm guessing this one will be cool, too.
Insidious
Universal Monsters Remix
Walking Dead Terror Tram

I think there's something else that I'm forgetting. I know there's going to be scare zones based on The Purge, Chucky, Walking Dead, clowns () and "scarecrowz")

I hope they have the WD terror tram down here this year! I don't think they do though :(

Clowns  oh hell no... a good friend of mine does the scare-actor gig usually every year and I straight out told him that if they do clowns and he's dressed as one, don't go near my brother or his first reaction would be to punch him in the face... lol... my brother is terrified of clowns... I ain't a big fan either, but i'm moreso concerned about accidentally punching one of the chainsaw guys

did you go when they had La Llorona? how was it if you did?

ohhhh lucky with the black sabbath!! we had alice cooper last year which was badass... i was tramatized by it for a few weeks because the last scare-actor in the house legitimately freaked me out lol :unsure2: but now I think back on it and I wish they had it again

I'm usually terrified of clowns, too. They have a clown scare zone every year out here, so it doesn't freak me out as much as it used to. Apparently they're putting a spin on it this year:

Spoiler

I did see the La Llorona maze when it was here. It was pretty scary, and it came recommended by a lot of the staff.

The Alice Cooper maze was one of my favorites. A lot scarier than I expected it to be.

That link you posted is really cool! Does that mean that they're not doing different scare zones and the entire park is going to be Walking Dead themed? If so, that's badass. Apparently for the Walking Dead maze out here they're going all out with S3 stuff. They've built the prison, Woodbury, and Rick's hometown with all of Morgan's traps. I also read that they have a helicopter for the terror tram.

Is this the first Walking Dead maze they've done in Orlando? They had one out here last year that was based off of seasons 1 and 2; it was awesome. They had all the iconic walkers.
