Looks like the Knife we have seen so much of lately is going to be Maggie's knife made by none other then Earl Sutton.
Great build up issue i like how Sutton shits on Jesus for allowing the nickname to stick to him.
I would bet my left nut that the knife Sutton makes for Maggie is the one seen on cover 111, 112.
Spencer is going to betray the group and end up dead.
Overall a great issue of build up one thing that concerns me is the fact that Gregory has no clue what he is doing and dont even know how many people he is "leading".
Gregory is going to turn into a problem real soon and IMO i don't think he is the one who really makes the decisions at the hilltop and Jesus is starting to get the idea he is not in control.

Whoa! Definitely some cool developments this issue. Kirkman is definitely setting up Michonne to check out.. if not die then maybe leave the group since she's sick of fighting and clearly not impressed with Rick's deception for the past few weeks. Good to finally find out about Earl Sutton, the blacksmith. Seems like a cool guy, can't wait to learn more about him. Also glad that Rick is now starting to treat Carl like one of the adults and not a kid. Again Jesus is a fricken Ninja, and Gregory is a spineless creeper. I hope he gets his. What a twist about Kal though. Weren't we all speculating that Negan probably had an inside guy in the Hilltop (PORKTORNADO AND ITS NOT JESUS) haha. Would have never guessed. I hope Jesus can chase that fuck down before he informs Negan, but likely based on the cover of 111 and 112, it's gonna be too late. It makes me think more and more that Dwight is gonna be the one who's blood is on that knife Negan is holding. Also... it doesn't look like a knife that would be made in a day, so likely it's just a knife Negan keeps as a "sidearm" of sorts. Man shit just got real interesting.

Also, fuck Spencer. I hope Rick stumps the fuck out of that guy. He's gonna do something dumb thats gonna get somebody killed.

Also in Letterhacks, Kirkman hints that Shiva the tiger may be doing some hurting real soon.

Only thing i did not like about this issue was the EMO looking Carl with the hair over his eye.

Yea Yea Yea lay it on me , but im pretty sure we all knew(including myself) that the JeEbus was legit by now , but somethings still don't add up for me or Kirkman is just winging it more then i thought.
I think the knife could be made in a day or 2 and why does it need to be made in one day ? for all we know the cover to 111,112 take place a few days or weeks down the road?
OH boy i cant wait for the tiger !

Kal doing an inside job is really great.

Thats probably why Negan already had people looking around for Rick's group in the beginning. Kal probably told him a new group (Rick's) visited the Hilltop.

We have new interesting characters with the Pregnancy doctor, he has a nice face. And Earl Sutton looks like a potential new (Abraham/Tyrese).

Plus I hope Dwight stay down the road with the group, he has a nice face.

That also finally explains how Negan knew Rick's name in #100, since Rick never told the sole surviving mop top Savior out of the bunch they killed in #97 when returning to Alexandria.

things don't look good for our heroes.

the knife on covers 111 & 112 does not look small and easily concealed to me. and the handle looks like the one negan carries on his belt.

i'd bet PorkTornado's right nut that it's rick's blood on covers 111 & 112.

I thought it was a great build up issue!!

Love that Maggie is back in the thick of things and it seems like she'll finally have a storyline. Don't remember the last time she was truly part of what was going on. Was hoping for a little more Sophia, but I'll take what I can get.

I love Carson and Sutton so far and their interactions with Maggie. Gregory, however, is creepy as hell. He can die ASAP.

Was not expecting Kal to betray the group. He seemed so friendly in the prior issues.

Nice to see Olivia and Spencer, as always. Though Spencer is going to get himself killed.

I see Sophia making Brianna's son her boyfriend and Cal getting jealous

Will this feelings make Carl become a malevolent leader in the future? Anakin style?

Also, the knife onf the covers seems like an industrial made hunting knife, I don't think it's the work of Sutton

Assuming you mean Carl and not Cal. Cal may or may not be a little too old to be getting jealous Sophia and her crushes ;)

That being said, I feel like Carl has way too much going on with Negan and his father to be getting jealous of Sophia and what she is up to.

Wonderful issue!
*A nice introduction for Brianna. I always like conversations about how people have adjusted to so much death. I also really liked Brianna's comparison to the survivors in the Hilltop Colony to the customers in a supermarket. Hopefully we see more of Brianna in the near future.
*Dr. Carson is cool, but I worry a bit that he's acting cocky. "I've delivered two other babies here so I know what I'm doing shut up"
*We hardly got any Sophia... I really want to get deeper into her psyche...
*Go away, Gregory.
*Sutton's cool. I can see him becoming a big character.
*Olivia!
*Spencer, I love you, but it's time to stop being a douche. Also, shave.
*I think Maggie will serve a good-sized role in the immediate future, only to get killed trying to take out Negan herself.
*I feel like Michonne's acting a bit out of character... Didn't she not want to put her sword away upon arrival in Alexandria? It always felt to me that she never thought she'd have to put it away. She always struck me as someone who accepted what she had now and almost secretly enjoyed the drama to some degree. Have I been reading into her wrong all along? Though, I do understand her being upset at Rick not telling her his plans. I don't think she'll die anytime soon.
*Call me naive, but I don't think Kal is Negan's inside guy. I think he's actually checking the perimeter. I think Eduardo is Negan's guy and Kal told him what Jesus said. Kal may or may not be fully aware of Eduardo's intentions.
*Carl, pull your hair away... If you're going to be a big boy, I have to request that you don't look like such an emo.

Alternatively, you could also just call me Soiled_Panties, on account of how pissy I can be.

Great issue. I never would have suspected that Kal was Negan's inside man. It would suck so much if the cliffhanger was just a bait-and-switch and next issue it's revealed that Kal really was just patrolling. Trollers gonna troll.

I liked that Maggie was given a semi-starring role this issue. I thought it was going to be a "bottle issue" like 105, and it pretty much was for two-thirds of it, with most of the focus being on Maggie and Jesus; the Rick stuff was kind of sandwiched in between them. I'm just glad that we're starting to see everyone uniting and mobilizing against Negan, with some smaller character-developing moments courtesy of Maggie.

And hey, Spencer got to be an ineffectual douchebag again. That's always fun.
