HELL YEAH, AWESOME.

Still excited from watching Merle an Daryl show up to help out Rick's group.

Jesus, when Governor shot Axel... KNEW he wasn't making it.

How did that one guy get into the Prison tower?

Okay... and the chick in the body armor/mask got away? I need to watch that part again.

And thank you Talking Dead, I'm putting "dead daughter behind the curtain" in a signature somewhere.

Great episode.

Team Rick can't shoot.

I'm pissed at Rick for missing Martinez.

Amazing, but Jesus seriously, Axel? They should have killed an already existing member of the group. Now that I think about it, Rick's group in terms of numbers is back to where they started the season with the exception of Michonne and Merle...

Almost didn't get back from the gym in time to watch, but I made it! Episode analysis:

Not taking issue with Rick continuing his crazy spiral however the continual hallucinations of Lori aren't working for me at all. Once was tolerable, twice is getting ridiculous. Why did they abandon the phone calls? That was a perfectly fine way for Rick to convey his loss of sanity. Of course then they would actually have to think of good relevant dialogue which may have been asking a bit much from the writers given the previous character development this season.

Andrea as leader?!? I like the fact that even Andrea was confused at that LOL, realistic at least. I do believe he was being somewhat honest with Andrea. Of course not about retaliation but about why he was keeping his daughter alive as a walker. It was smart to use that bit of honesty with a lie in order to gain back some credibility, not as much as he needs given what he's done. Although Andrea clearly isn't lovely dovey anymore and is beginning to be suspicious she doesn't realize the situation is way beyond her trying to be the peacemaker.

Daryl is cute. He actually thinks Glenn and Michonne would let Merle live through the night. "Everyone would get use to each other." Lol, adorable.

Glenn stepping up is badass even if he is being a bit reckless. I think Maggie may be deflecting the situation and her anger onto Glenn. A hurt the ones you are closest too sort of thing. She puts up a tough front but I think she is more vulnerable than Carol right now.

Is there someone or something Milton isn't terrified of?

Daryl Dixon saving babies and standing up to Merle? Amazing! And the fangirls swoon!

Although Glenn won all the awards for "Rick wandering crazytown" line.

NOOOO AXEL!! REALLY!? THAT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN ALLEN OR BEN!? IT HAD TO BE AXEL!? That's BS, urgh...

HOW is Michonne missing the Gov?! Since when did being a psychopath give you a force-field!?

I think this is Rick's wake-up call though which is about time.

Overall I really liked this episode, besides the beginning with Lori.

I'll admit the first half of the episode was a bit lackluster, but the second half completely made up for it.

That ending was crazy though. One of the most intense 15 minutes of the show we've seen!

Whenever somebody moved from their post I thought they were going to get shot. There was a split second where I thought Beth, Maggie, Carol, Hershel and Rick were all about to get a bullet in the chest.

Also, RIP Axel :(

His story about money was hilarious.

ALSO, were those Woodbury men in that truck full of zombies?

My theory is that that's Allen and Ben, if they aren't members of Woodbury.

Great episode! The only thing I didn't like was how aggressive Glenn was this episode. The reason a lot of people liked Glenn in the comics was because how he never really changed, and was always the "Human" voice in the group. But other than that this episode was amazing!

Me either.

It needs to stop.

Now.

I don't like that either.

Glenn's rage fest and Rick's visions need to stop.

As of episode 9.

They kill off a character just as he grows on you, its really annoying :\

I would have rathered they killed of someone else and saved Axel for later pretty losses off.

And I get the feeling that Daryl and Glenn are too safe I love them but I care about them less because I don't feel like they are in any danger.

One of the best episodes yet!

But one thing I'm confused on - was the van with the walkers part of Woodbury? The gov seemed surprised to see it.. or maybe he was gleefully happy to see it... I dunno...

but man what an episode... glad they seemed to do some character development then what an ending! Can't wait until next week!

Rick's scenes were extremely awkward.

"I've got...stuff..."

Like what?

But as soon as he started to talk about his problems, the scenes got better.

I dunno. I don't dig crazy Rick.

Great show. But really, HOW did the Gov not get shot? How many times will he stand out in the open and never take a bullet? And with Hersch and Rick already outside, why did nobody hear the truck approaching? I was worried for Herschel for a minute there.
