Whoever was setting up the weapons for TWD in earlier seasons was plain sucking. Quite a few bad errors. Season 5, they seem to have stepped up their game a bit. Personal favorites of mine were Tyreese's .30 caliber M1 Carbine, and the Maggie's Russian M44 Mosin Nagant. Sound of with you favorites and weapons you would like on TWD. Be realistic though folks, no one is going to lug a GE M134 minigun anywhere, and the AA12 is rare as hen's teeth

Ruger mini 14, semi-auto rifle firing 223 Remington magnums would seem to me to be the perfect overall weapon
for both Zombies and Assholes.
For close-up work, a bladed 'be-header is good, katanas are nice, perhaps something a bit heavier.
For Walker herds, I would feel comfy with a flamethrower on my back.... but after Self-help I'm thinking
a very high-pressure, highly focused water canon, something in the 1200-1500 PSI range, might do the trick.
And refilling is definitely easier to come by.
That would allow me to save my bullets for the Noobie-walkers....those who haven't rotted out much yet.

The M44 nagent with folding bayonet and solid butt is a beautiful weapon
as is the M1 carbrine light, compact, light ammo, just enough to do job of zed killing.
The UZi 9mm SMG is super sexy weapon that rick had more suited for killing humans in CQB.
better to have rifle or handgun than SMG in the ZA.
Rick should have taken out claimers in house with it after he killed guy in bathroom
with benefit of surprise and carl/michone on the way odds where good. with that beast.
What rife does Carol have?
They don't use shotguns anymore ? maybe zombie kills with Shotguns are too tough to produce.
pound for pound rifle is better anyway for ZA.
A rifle that fires .22lr for a long arm/rifle and a standard 9mm pistol is best firearm /combo for zeds IMO
although considering how many hostile humans about i go with 5.56mm Ar-15

.22lr firearms are extremely fun. Not big on trusting my life to them though. An acquaintance in LE was shot multiple times in the head with a .22 pistol and the rounds failed to penetrate, traveled under the skin and seriously messed up his hair cut. So.... not a big fan of using on humans, dead or alive.

Why they're not using .22LR on walkers remains a mystery. Clearly the skulls of the walkers have deteriorated to the point a .22LR would kill walkers as effectively as anything else, and they're far easier to shoot accurately than a caliber with more recoil. In addition, thousands of rounds of .22LR can be carried, and weigh less than 100 pounds of heavier artillery. Think of how seldom they'd have to re-load if they had Ruger 10-22s with hi-cap magazines.

Haha, no toilets in this scenario, he means that like an airplane, the van has the engine in the front, so once
it's "airborne" it would immediately go nose-down and hit the ground nose first. If they had a lot of weight in
the back, it could counteract that, but it was empty. Carol and Daryl's bodies would still be forward of the van's
center of gravity, adding to the "forward weight".
Even airplanes with no engine in front, (like twins) still have a forward center of gravity--they're designed that
way--in the event of a stall (wings no longer producing lift) the plane tilts nose down to get the air flowing
over the wings again.
Now, if that van had only had wings... then it could go nose up and they could flyyyy awayyyyy!

Yeah it was pretty bad.
Only explanation would be Aguila 1.75 buckshot rounds. (Unlikely..)
I tried some in my Mossberg, they have feed issues unless you rapid pump. It was nice to fit 12 rounds into a 12 gauge.
Totaly different recoil though, they had the kick of .22 magnum.
Aguila 12 gauge 1.75 shells...

Uh boy, My favorite one to pick on, weapons completely lacking any sighting system whatsoever, Hershel's unlimited shotgun cheat (creds), Rick's M4 with M68 red dot sight (season 3 I think) that had about 6x magnification and duplex reticule, they rarely reload anything. Perfect hits every time (In a fight adrenaline pouring through you veins, even Jerry Miculek is going to miss sometimes) The list goes on.
